Ok, seriously, where in the world do people keep finding Sundering 10%chance and +30HP??? I find it very hard to believe that these people can keep finding PERFECT weapons (15%dmg >50%hp) WITH these perfect mods! And these players post new weapons all the time, meaning they found more of these rare upgrades! Where do you find them?? Appreciate any tip you can give!

Could be expert salvaging weapons they buy, or buying the mods themselves for cheaper.

Then you take a weapon with good inherent stats (15>50) and add those mods to it. :P

well the only thing i could come up with is that they salvage the mod off a certain item and just put it on the 15>50 weapon. thats what normal salesmen would do to create more profit.

Yes but where do they get these perfect mods to salvage from all the time??? unless they store up like 100 from before or something. I've never even seen a perfect sundering before and I've played nearing 1000 hours already...
